Impress Clients By Letting Your Expertise Shine
Satisfying customers and providing excellent, custom solutions is the name of the game for many entrepreneurs. Cookie cutter approaches and tired strategies don’t cut it, so we start asking clients broad questions like ‘What do you want?’ in order to gain intel. But this backfires. We end up with all sorts of info that may or may not be related to what we actually do for our clients, or what’s best for them. As the expert, take back the steering wheel by asking your questions carefully. Feel that green would be a logo killer? Ask your client if they’d prefer blue or red… Know that they’ll need at least two sessions a week to make progress? Ask if Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday works better for their schedules. Guide the project and your customer experience by guiding the choices your clients make – and let your expertise shine through.
