Masterclasses
1/2 Day sessions, delivered in person or remotely. Customized to hit your specific needs based on industry, stage and your team’s advance feedback via a pre-masterclass questionnaire. A mix of negotiation theory, commercial best practices and interactive exercises to help attendees lock in their new skills.
1-to-1 Coaching
This is where the magic happens. Following the Masterclass, each member of the team gets a 1-hour private coaching session to work on their specific challenges, frustrations and skill development. There are some questions you’ll ask in a group setting. Some weaknesses you’ll reveal. But away from the audience of peers and managers is where your team can be candid, vulnerable and really get to the root of what they’re struggling with in building client relationships, landing deals, or interacting with colleagues…that’s what makes change possible.

Where are you based? How will we work together?
I’m based in Paris, France and work with clients around the world. Masterclasses can be delivered in person at your conference, retreat or mastermind event - or adapted for a webinar format. Speaking rates for in person engagements include a flat rate travel fee.
I like your style, but my company is quite traditional and corporate. Are you a safe pair of hands?
My negotiation stripes were earned in a very traditional corporate environment in the aerospace industry. The suits, the ties, the multi-million dollar deals with everyone and their cousin signing off on the final contract. I understand how negotiators can struggle to succeed in that type of environment, and the uphill battle employees and leaders face when it comes to exerting influence and getting the results they need. I bring all of my lessons learned to the table with my clients, with the utmost of professionalism. Past clients have included JPMorgan Chase and Rolls-Royce - so I have the corporate chops.
